If you present a hair request to us that your stylist is not familiar with, rest assured that they have a full team on their side, ready to help you get the results you’re looking for.

When it comes to beauty products, there’s not a one-size-fits-all product line. That’s why at Ella’s Salon, we provide you with a variety of the best brands on the market. Our stylists attend training sessions to understand why and how our products can work for you.
We stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do. We’re happy to refund or exchange products that are over half full and within 2 weeks of your purchase so you can find something you love!

Appointment Reminders - We want to keep you up-to-date on your appointments! Choose to receive a text message and/or email reminders when you book your service and we’ll notify you 24 hours before your appointment.
Referral Program – At Ella’s Salon, the biggest compliment you can give us is sending your friends and family to us! With our referral program, you’ll receive extra Ella Points for sending a new customer our way. We’ll also enter you and the person you refer into a monthly drawing for a free service or gift card!
