Cancelation Policy

Ella’s Salon requires a 24-hour notice for a cancelation of all appointments. We understand life happens and there are times you will need to cancel. The 24-hour notice insures we can refill your spot as we have guests on our waiting list. Time is valuable and we also need to make sure our team has a full schedule.  We will ask you to reserve your appointment with a credit card that will be kept on file. In the event you cancel after the 24-hour policy, or you no show the appointment, you will be charged the full service value. Thank you for understanding!
